Talks and webinars

Content for webinars and talks are based on the history of insurance, and have included the following topics:

  • A quick history of insurance
  • The role and plans for the Insurance Museum
  • Objects of interest held by the IM

At present, these are limited to members of the insurance sector, but ultimately, the IM aims to extend these opportunities to members of the public.

If you are interested in booking a webinar or talk for your organisation, please contact Howard Benge, info@insurancemuseum.uk for further information.

Tours in London EC3

The tour explores the beginnings of London trade and how insurance developed alongside it. It covers Mediaeval insurance, fire insurance, the coffee houses, the events and the people of EC3. It finishes with some of the modern EC3, with some historical additions and Romans foundations.

Details of upcoming tours will be posted on this page.
